Getting there

Walking

From the center of Ulcinj, head towards the main street, where you will find the 'Bulevar Teuta' road. Walk south along this road for approximately 500 meters until you reach the Old Town entrance. Once you arrive at the Old Town, follow the signs leading to the fortress. The path is steep and winding, so be prepared for a bit of a climb. As you walk, enjoy the stunning views of the Adriatic Sea. After about 10 minutes of walking through the narrow streets, you'll arrive at the Ulcinj Fortress, located at W6F2+3H9, Ulcinj 85360.

Public Transport

Although Ulcinj is a small town, you can take a local bus from the bus station. Head to the 'Ulcinj Bus Station' and look for buses heading towards the Old Town. The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. Once you get off, follow the signs to the Old Town. From there, continue on foot as described in the walking instructions above to reach the fortress.

Bicycle

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from the center of Ulcinj towards the Old Town. Follow 'Bulevar Teuta' and continue until you reach the Old Town entrance. There are bike racks available near the entrance. Once you lock your bike, walk through the old cobblestone streets, following the signs to the fortress. The route is scenic and offers great views along the way.
