If you're driving to Kotor Fortress from central Zeta Plain, head south on the main road towards the town of Kotor. Follow the road signs leading to Kotor until you reach the town. As you approach Kotor, look for signs directing you to the Old Town. Park your car in one of the public parking areas near the Old Town. Once parked, walk towards the Old Town entrance, and proceed to the fortress entrance located at the base of the hill. The walk to the fortress involves a steep ascent, so be prepared for a hike.

To reach Kotor Fortress using public transportation, first locate the bus station in Zeta Plain. Take a bus headed to Kotor; these buses run frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at the Kotor bus station, exit and head towards the Old Town, which is within walking distance.
