From the center of Zeta Plain, head southwest on the main road (E80) towards Budva. Continue on this road for approximately 20 km (about 30 minutes). After reaching Budva, follow signs to Sveti Stefan. Once you arrive in Sveti Stefan, look for parking areas near the paragliding take-off site. Note that parking may incur a fee ranging from €2 to €5 per hour.

Public Transportation
Take a bus from Zeta Plain to Budva. Buses run frequently and the journey takes about 30 minutes. Once in Budva, transfer to a local bus heading to Sveti Stefan. The bus ride to Sveti Stefan will take around 15 minutes. When you arrive in Sveti Stefan, you'll find signs directing you to the paragliding take-off area. Ensure you have some local currency (Euros) for the bus fare, which is approximately €1.5 to €2.

If you prefer a more direct route, you can hire a taxi from anywhere in Zeta Plain to Sveti Stefan. The drive should take about 25-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Expect to pay around €25 to €35 for the ride. Make sure to agree on the price before starting your journey.
