If you're in the city center, start at the Agadir Souk El Had, which is a large market area. Exit the Souk and head south on Avenue Mohammed V. Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Far. Turn left onto Avenue des Far and walk straight. You will eventually see the coastline ahead. Continue walking for another 1 kilometer until you reach the Agadir Fishing Port, which will be on your right.

Head to the nearest bus stop from your location. Look for a bus that goes towards 'La Marina' or 'Agadir Beach'. Once on the bus, tell the driver you want to go to the Agadir Fishing Port. The ride should take about 15-20 minutes depending on traffic. Get off at the stop closest to the port, and from there, it will be a short walk to the entrance of the port.
