If you're starting from the Asilah train station, exit the station and head towards Boulevard Mohammed VI. Turn right and walk straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Avenue Hassan II. Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the Medina entrance. Enter the Medina through the main gate, and keep walking straight until you reach Rue Bab r'Mel. Turn left onto Rue Bab r'Mel, and Riad Asilah will be on your right at number 64.
