Getting There

    If you are driving, head towards the village of Tabant. From Marrakech, take the N8 road towards Demnate. After Demnate, continue on the R307 road heading towards Tabant. The journey should take approximately 2-3 hours depending on traffic. Once you arrive in Tabant, you can park your car in the village and walk to the hiking starting point located at DR Timite, which is easily accessible on foot.

  • Public Transportation

    To reach Hiking Atlas Mountains via public transport from Marrakech, take a bus from the Marrakech Bus Station to Demnate. The bus ride takes about 2 hours and costs around 50 MAD. Once in Demnate, you will need to find a grand taxi (shared taxi) to Tabant. The grand taxi ride should take about 30 minutes and costs around 20 MAD. Upon arriving in Tabant, you can walk to DR Timite where the hiking begins.
