Getting There

    If you are starting from the Chefchaouen Medina, head towards the main square known as Plaza Uta el-Hammam. From the square, walk along Av. Hassan II. Keep walking straight; you'll pass several shops and cafes. Bab El Hammar is located directly on this avenue. Look for the museum signage which is quite visible, and you will find Bab El Hammar approximately a 10-minute walk from the square on your left.

    For those coming from the Ras El Maa waterfall area, walk back towards the Medina. When you reach the main intersection, turn right onto Av. Hassan II. Continue walking straight; Bab El Hammar will be on your right after about a 15-minute walk. You will see the museum ahead on the left side of the street.
