Walking

Start from the main square, Plaza Uta el-Hammam, which is the heart of Chefchaouen. From the plaza, head towards the blue streets of the medina. Follow the signs that indicate 'Kasbah' or simply ask a local for directions. Walk through the narrow streets, enjoy the blue-painted buildings, and keep an eye out for the Kasbah's distinctive architecture. The Kasbah is located just a short walk from the plaza, approximately 5-10 minutes on foot. Look for the entrance, which features a beautiful gate and is often surrounded by vibrant local vendors.

Walking

If you're near the Ras Elma River, you can take a scenic route to the Kasbah. Start at the riverbank and follow the path upstream. This will lead you through a more tranquil area, away from the busier streets. As you walk, listen for the sound of water and enjoy the greenery. After about 15 minutes, you will reach the end of the river path, where you can see the Kasbah in front of you. Walk up the small hill to the entrance.

Walking

If you're coming from the Hotel Atlas or any accommodation nearby, head towards the main road leading to the medina. Once you reach the medina, navigate towards the Plaza Uta el-Hammam. From the plaza, follow the previously mentioned route towards the Kasbah. It should take around 10-15 minutes depending on your pace.
