This was such a lovely experience and I highly recommend! Miriam is very kind and taught us so much about baking bread, making tea, and about Moroccan culture. My husband and I are also vegan and she accommodated us with plant based butter - we are so grateful.

Very relaxed atmosphere and good introduction to the world of tagine. It was fun to create the chicken Tagine under the guidance of the chef. After 45 min. Cooking time it was ready and it smelled and tasted excellent. Thanks again for the informative and interesting cooking class.
