Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the Medina of Fes, head towards the Bab Bou Jeloud (Blue Gate), which is the main entrance to the old city. From the Blue Gate, walk straight along Rue Talaa Kebira, passing by various shops and vendors. Continue until you reach a T-junction, and turn left onto Rue Talaa Seghira. Follow this street until you reach the end, where you will find yourself at Place Boujloud. From there, head southeast towards Rue Bou Ksissat, which is a short walk. Continue on Rue Bou Ksissat, and you will soon see the Puertas del Palacio Real de Fez on your left. Look for the grand gates adorned with beautiful mosaics and intricate designs, marking your destination.

• Taxi or Petit Taxi

  If you prefer not to walk, you can take a petit taxi from anywhere in Fes. Simply tell the driver 'Puertas del Palacio Real de Fez' or show them the address: 3234+6GP, Rue Bou Ksissat. The taxi will drop you off close to the gates. Make sure to agree on the fare beforehand or ensure the meter is running. This is a convenient option if you are carrying luggage or prefer a quicker route.

Get off at the nearest stop to Rue Bou Ksissat. Once you disembark, walk towards Rue Bou Ksissat and follow the road until you reach the Puertas del Palacio Real de Fez.
