Walking
If you're starting from the famous Bab Bou Jeloud (Blue Gate) in Fes, head north on Rue Talaa Kebira. Continue straight until you reach Place Boujloud, a small square. From there, take a left onto Avenue de l'Université. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Avenue des Mérinides. Turn right onto Avenue des Mérinides and walk straight for about 20 minutes. You'll start to see signs for Shpigel Lookout as you approach the location.

From the Fes Medina, make your way to the nearest bus stop and take bus number 16 towards the direction of the Merinides. The bus will take you closer to the area of Shpigel Lookout. Once you arrive at the nearest stop to Avenue des Mérinides, disembark and walk along Avenue des Mérinides for about 10 minutes until you reach the lookout point.
