Begin at the Bab Boujloud (Blue Gate), the main entrance to the old medina. From the gate, head straight into the medina through the main street, Rue Talaa Kebira. Stay on this street as it winds through the bustling market area, full of shops and local vendors. After about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach a fork; take the left path towards Talaa Seghira. Continue walking until you see the entrance to the Place Seffarine on your right. This square is a spacious open area where you will find artisans crafting metalwork and other traditional crafts.

If you are near the Al Quaraouiyine University, exit the university grounds onto Talaa Kebira street. Follow the street downhill; it will eventually lead you to a junction. Keep going straight, and after about 5-7 minutes, you will reach the Place Seffarine on your left. Look for the large metalworking workshops and the lively atmosphere of the square.

From the Bou Inania Madrasa, exit and walk down Rue Bou Inania. Turn left onto Rue Talaa Kebira and continue until you reach the fork in the road. Choose the left path towards Talaa Seghira and keep an eye out for the signs leading to Place Seffarine. It will be a short walk, and you will notice the sounds of metal being hammered as you approach the square.
