Absolutely fantastic experience!!! Such lovely hosts & their entire family are so kind & humble. The cookery lesson was brilliant & just what we wanted. We did Pastilla .. I wasn't expecting 2 types but because my friend is allergic to onion they let us make both Chicken & Fish. I felt extremely honoured as fish is so expensive! Perhaps you need to put the price up if fish? The family were so informative & we had such a laugh. I even got stuck in to loo! Their children were delightful & we also learnt about the culture living in Morocco. The traditions & new ideas. I Absolutely loved it & it was like joining their family. Thank you soooo much!!! This was a great class.. very well organized and informative... professional grade kitchen, designed for teaching; good support from staff; instructions were clear; and the meals we prepared were excellent. One of the best experiences of our trip and some of the best food we had in Morocco. Be careful not to pay for the class through a third party; they only accept direct payment.
