First of All, Nora welcomed us with Moroccan tea end sweets for Ramadan, from the start, everything was professional and friendly. We learned to cook tagine with rich insights, and we laughed a lot. After that she taught us how to prepare salads and then Moroccan desserts. Most importantly, the family atmosphere in Nora's home was incredible. One of my favourite in our holiday

We had an absolutely amazing holiday in Morocco—definitely one of my all-time favourites—and the evening cooking experience with abdou and his cousin was a real highlight. Abdou is such a warm, genuine, and welcoming host. He guided us through preparing two delicious traditional tagines: one chicken, lemon, and olive, and one with beef meatballs. We also enjoyed traditional mint tea, but the real standout was the conversation. Chatting with abdou and his cousin about life in Marrakesh and the modern Moroccan way of life was fascinating and gave us such a rich insight into the culture. Highly recommended for anyone who is interested in learning about Moroccan kitchen and culture.
