From the central area of Gueliz, head southwest towards Avenue Mohammed V. Walk along Avenue Mohammed V until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Liberté. Turn right onto Avenue de la Liberté and continue walking. You will see signs pointing towards Menara Gardens as you approach the park. The walk should take around 30-40 minutes depending on your pace. Be sure to enjoy the local shops and cafes along the way!
