A perfect Morocco round trip

Our evaluation of the services of the company Franke "Experience Morocco": Individual trip to Morocco from 03/21 to 04/01/2026. First of all, it was an itinerary I planned in southern Morocco in consultation with Mr. Sebastian Franke, owner of Experience Morocco. A driver and a tour guide were booked. We were 4 people + driver + tour guide in a 9-seater Opel. Contact / communication: Very nice and pleasant culture of conversation. Mr. Franke took plenty of time to listen to my wishes. This is a quality that is no longer taken for granted. My changes to the plan were always taken into account. There is also nothing to criticize regarding communication after the vacation; everything is perfect. Route itinerary My requested route was positively supplemented by content from the Franke company. The length of the driving time in the car was quite bearable in terms of kilometers; we were always at the accommodation at a time that suited us, so there was still plenty of time for various other activities. The entire route was approximately 1600 km. Documents: The documents were prepared perfectly. One could perfectly follow the daily tour, including sights. I put the route itinerary into Go..Ea… and then transferred it to my GPS device. This was possible without any problems due to the detailed description. We naturally took the description with us for reference! Accommodations: The selection of accommodations in particular was brilliant. Small but fine guesthouses with an incredible amount of flair. As an independent traveler, you could not wish for better rooms. The location of the rooms was very well chosen, and thus we were still able to undertake a lot on our own. The food was excellent at all the accommodations. We had the most beautiful accommodation in the center of Ait Ben Haddou and in a small village near Imlil. Problem solving: Unfortunately, due to rain (a bridge on the only road to Tata was unfortunately washed away), we had a last-minute change of accommodation with some detours. A call to the Franke emergency number worked immediately, and a solution was found right on the spot. You are not alone with a problem!!! It couldn't work any better. Conclusion: It was a perfectly organized trip. It met our expectations exactly. As for the star deduction for the tour guide, the fault lies exclusively with the tour guide and not with the travel agency!!!. I can recommend the travel agency without reservation. This is how traveling is fun.
