If you are driving from the center of Tafilalt, head northeast on Route N13. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach Rissani. Parking is available nearby, but it may be limited.

Once you arrive in Rissani, you can either walk or take a local taxi to Mausollée m'y Chérif ben my ali. The mausoleum is about 3 kilometers from the bus/taxi drop-off point. Expect to pay around 10-20 MAD for the local taxi to the mausoleum.
