Car
If you're driving from Tangier, take the N1 road towards Tetouan. The journey is approximately 60 kilometers and takes about an hour. Once you arrive in Tetouan, follow signs for the city center. As you approach the city, look for the main roundabout and take the exit towards Avenue Mohamed V. Continue straight until you reach the Medina area, where parking may be limited. It's advisable to park at a nearby public parking lot and walk to the tannery from there.

Public Transportation (Bus)
You can take a bus from Tangier to Tetouan. Buses leave from the Tangier bus station (Gare Routière de Tanger) and the journey takes about 1.5 hours. Look for a bus heading to Tetouan with a fare of around 30 MAD (Moroccan Dirhams). Once you arrive in Tetouan, head to the city center. From there, you can either walk or take a taxi to the Tetuan Tannery, which is located in the Medina area.

Public Transportation (Taxi)
For a more direct option, you can take a grand taxi from Tangier to Tetouan. Grand taxis are shared taxis that leave when they are full. The fare is typically around 70-100 MAD per person. Once you arrive in Tetouan, ask the driver to drop you off near the Medina. The Tetuan Tannery is within walking distance from the main square, but be prepared for some navigational challenges as the Medina can be a maze.
