If you are starting from the Tangier medina, head towards the Grand Socco (Place de la Kasbah). As you approach the Grand Socco, you will see a large open area filled with vendors. From the Grand Socco, walk south towards the narrow streets of the medina. Follow the signs pointing towards Place Petit Socco. You will find yourself on Rue de la Liberté; continue straight until you reach the small square of Place Petit Socco. The square is surrounded by cafes and shops, and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the local atmosphere.

If you are near the Tangier Port, exit the port area and head towards Avenue Mohammed VI. Walk straight along this avenue until you reach the Grand Socco. From there, follow the same directions as above to reach Place Petit Socco.

If you are in the vicinity of the American Legation Museum, exit the museum and walk towards Rue d'Italie. Turn left onto Rue d'Italie, and continue until you reach the Grand Socco. From there, follow the path through the medina towards Place Petit Socco.

From the Tangier bus station, take a local bus heading towards the city center. Get off at the Grand Socco stop. From there, follow the walking directions to Place Petit Socco as described above.
