Start at the Tangier City Center. From there, head southeast towards the Avenue de la Liberté. Continue walking straight on Avenue de la Liberté until you reach the Place du 9 Avril, a large square. At this square, look for the large fountain. From the fountain, take Avenue Hassan II heading north. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with Rue de la Marine. Turn left onto Rue de la Marine and continue walking until you see the Plaza de Toros on your right. The landmark will be visible as you approach, and it is located at Q673+RGP, N2, Tangier.
