Start at the main entrance of the Taroudant Medina, which is near the Bab al-Akhawain gate. From there, head east down Avenue Moulay Rachid. Continue walking straight for about 1 km. You'll pass local shops and cafes along the way. 20 August Place will be on your right, just after you pass the intersection with Avenue Hassan II. Look for the large square with trees and benches.

If you are at the famous Place Assarag, exit the square and head northwest towards Avenue Moulay Rachid. Turn left onto Avenue Moulay Rachid and walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see 20 August Place on your left, a large area with open space and greenery, perfect for relaxing.
