If you are in the center of Tetouan, start at the Plaza Primo. From Plaza Primo, head southwest on Avenue Mohammed V towards the large roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Rue Al Masira. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach a smaller roundabout. Take the first exit onto Rue des Almohades. Follow this road for about 500 meters until you see a sign for Jardi Plaça Torro. The entrance to the garden will be on your left.

If you are near the Tetouan Medina, walk towards the Bab El Oued (the main gate of the Medina). Exit the Medina and turn left on Avenue Mohammed V. Walk along this avenue for approximately 1.5 km until you reach the large roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Rue Al Masira, and continue as described above to reach Jardi Plaça Torro.
