Walking
If you are starting from the center of Tetouan, head towards Avenue Mohammed V. Walk straight along this avenue until you reach the large intersection with Avenue des FAR. Cross the intersection to continue on Avenue Mohammed V until you see a sign pointing towards Tanger/N2. Take a left onto N2 and continue walking. After about 15 minutes, you will see the Plaza de Toros on your left. It should be near the main road, and it's a recognizable landmark.

From the center of Tetouan, you can take a local bus heading towards Tangier. Look for buses that have 'Tangier' displayed on the front. Once you board, stay on the bus for about 30 minutes. Ask the driver to let you know when you reach the Plaza de Toros, or keep an eye out for the landmark as you approach Tangier. Once you get off, the Plaza de Toros will be within walking distance.
