If you are starting from the Medina of Tetouan, exit the Medina through the Bab el Oukla gate, which is located near the main square. Once outside, continue straight ahead along Rue al-Mouahidine. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Avenue Mohamed V. Turn left onto Avenue Mohamed V. Edificio La Unión y El Fénix will be on your right side after approximately 5 minutes of walking. Look for the building number HJ9H+XR6.

To reach Edificio La Unión y El Fénix using public transport, find the nearest bus stop in the Medina area. Look for buses that head towards the main bus station (Gare Routière). Get off at the Avenue Mohamed V stop. From there, walk back towards the direction of the bus you came from, and you will see Edificio La Unión y El Fénix on your left after a short walk.
