If you're driving from the center of Maputo, head southeast on Avenida Julius Nyerere towards Avenida Patrice Lumumba. Continue straight for about 3 kilometers, then turn right onto Avenida da Marginal. Follow the road along the coast for approximately 1 kilometer, and you will see Calçadão on your left.
