Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Matola Bus Terminal (Terminal de Matola), exit the terminal and head south on Avenida da Liberdade. Walk straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach a major intersection with Avenida Samora Machel. Turn left onto Avenida Samora Machel and continue for approximately 2 kilometers. Casa de Ferro will be on your right, just past the large roundabout.

  • Public Transport (Minibus)

    From Matola, take a minibus (chapas) heading to Maputo. Board at the Matola Bus Terminal and inform the driver you want to get off at Avenida Samora Machel. The journey will take about 20-30 minutes, depending on traffic. Once you arrive, walk back a short distance on Avenida Samora Machel, and Casa de Ferro will be on your right.

  • Bicycle

    If you're renting a bicycle in Matola, start from the central square (Praça da Matola) and head south on Avenida da Liberdade. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Avenida Samora Machel. Continue riding straight for approximately 2 kilometers. Casa de Ferro will be located on your right-hand side, just after the large roundabout.
