Bicycle
If you are in the Old Bagan area, start by heading east on the main road towards the Bagan Archaeological Zone. Follow the signs to Dhammayazaka Pagoda, which is located in the Thuntekan area. The pagoda is approximately 3 kilometers from Old Bagan. Look for the large stupa as you approach, which is a distinctive feature of this site.

From the New Bagan area, start walking towards the main road. Head towards the east until you reach the junction with the Thuntekan road. Turn left onto Thuntekan road and continue walking straight for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see the Dhammayazaka Pagoda on your right. Look out for the tall structure; it will guide you to the pagoda.

Horse Cart
If you prefer a horse cart, you can easily find one in Old Bagan. Ask the driver to take you to Dhammayazaka Pagoda. The journey will take about 15-20 minutes. Make sure to specify that you want to go to the pagoda in Thuntekan, and enjoy the scenic ride through the archaeological zone.

From the Bagan bus station, take a local bus heading towards Thuntekan. Make sure to ask the conductor to drop you off at the nearest stop to Dhammayazaka Pagoda. After getting off, you may have to walk a short distance (around 500 meters) to reach the pagoda. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions.
