From the center of New Bagan, head east on Main Road (also called 'Bagan-Nyaung U Road'). Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the junction with the Old Bagan Road. Turn left onto Old Bagan Road and walk for another 500 meters. You will see Gawdawpalin Temple on your left, identifiable by its large, whitewashed structure. The temple is located at coordinates 21.1700199, 94.85651999999999.
