Once in Hpa Yar Gyi, look for signs directing you to Wingabaw Elephant Camp, which is located at the coordinates 17.4735622, 96.4706268. You may need to use a GPS for the final approach since the camp is situated a bit off the main road. Ensure to check the road conditions, as some smaller roads can be less maintained.

For those using public transportation, take a bus from Bago to Hpa Yar Gyi. Buses operate frequently from the Bago bus station and the fare is approximately 1,000-2,000 MMK (Myanmar Kyat). Once you arrive in Hpa Yar Gyi, you can hire a local taxi or a motorcycle taxi to take you the last few kilometers to Wingabaw Elephant Camp.
