If you are traveling by car, head towards Bago town center. From the center, take Bo Gyi Kone Road (also marked as 8FHW+R9C) and follow the signs. The Bee Throne Hall will be on your right side after driving for about 5-10 minutes. Parking is available nearby, but be prepared for a small fee.
