From the center of Hpa-An, head south on Thida Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the main road (Mandalay-Mawlamyine Road). Turn left onto the main road and walk for about 1 kilometer until you reach the Hpa-An Railway Station. From there, continue walking south along the road until you see signs for Yathae Pyan Cave. Follow the signs, and you will eventually reach the entrance to Yathae Pyan Cave, where you can hike up to the viewpoint.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from the center of Hpa-An and head south on Thida Road. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto the Mandalay-Mawlamyine Road.
