From the center of Hsipaw, head east on Main Road (also known as Hsipaw Road) for about 2 kilometers. Look for the signs indicating the direction for ကွတ်လုံတောင် (Kutlon Mountain). You will reach a dirt road leading up to the mountain. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area. Make sure to park your car in the designated area and be cautious of any road conditions.

Public Transportation (Shared Taxi)
To take a shared taxi to ကွတ်လုံတောင်, head to the main taxi stand in Hsipaw located near the town center. Find a shared taxi heading towards the direction of Kutlon Mountain. The fare is typically around 1,000 to 2,000 MMK per person. The shared taxi will drop you off at the base of the mountain. From there, you may need to walk approximately 20 minutes up the trail to reach the main viewpoint.

Motorbike Rental
If you prefer more flexibility, consider renting a motorbike in Hsipaw. Rental shops can be found around the town center. Expect to pay around 5,000 to 10,000 MMK per day. Once you have your motorbike, take Main Road east for about 2 kilometers, then turn onto the dirt road leading to ကွတ်လုံတောင်. Follow the road to the parking area. Ensure you wear a helmet and drive cautiously as some parts of the road may be rough.
