    If you are starting from the Kalaw town center, head east on Main Road (also known as Pyi Taung Su Road). Continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several local shops and cafes along the way. After approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will see a large roundabout. Continue straight through the roundabout; the statue is located just past the roundabout on your left side, at the junction of Pyi Taung Su Road. The Shan Villagers Statue is a prominent landmark, making it hard to miss.

    You can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental shops in Kalaw. From the rental shop, head east towards Pyi Taung Su Road. Cycle straight for about 1 kilometer. You will approach a roundabout; keep going straight through the roundabout. The Shan Villagers Statue will be on your left side shortly after you pass the roundabout. The ride should take around 5-10 minutes, depending on your pace.
