Getting There

• Car

  If you are traveling by car, start from Kyaiktiyo Pagoda and head towards the main road leading to Kin Pun Sakhan. Follow the signs towards 'Kin Pun' and drive approximately 30 minutes until you reach the village of Kin Pun. Look for signs indicating 'ကဒတ်ချောင်း' (Kadatchaung) as you approach. Once you arrive in Kin Pun, park your car at one of the designated parking areas. Be mindful that you might have to pay a small parking fee.

• Public Transportation (Bus)

  For those using public transport, return to the main road from Kyaiktiyo Pagoda where you can catch a local bus heading to Kin Pun Sakhan. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you want to go to 'ကဒတ်ချောင်း'. The bus ride will take around 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic. The fare is usually very affordable, around 1,000 MMK. Once you arrive in Kin Pun, you may need to walk a short distance to reach your destination, following signs for 'ကဒတ်ချောင်း'.

• Motorbike Taxi

  An alternative option is to take a motorbike taxi from Kyaiktiyo Pagoda to Kin Pun Sakhan. You can find motorbike taxis near the entrance of the pagoda. Negotiate the fare before starting the trip; it should generally cost around 5,000 MMK. The ride will take about 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at Kin Pun, the driver can drop you off at a point close to 'ကဒတ်ချောင်း' where you can follow the signs to the location.
