From the main beach area in Ngapali, start by heading east along the shoreline. Continue walking until you reach the end of the beach. There, you will find a small road leading inland. Follow this road for about 1 kilometer until you reach a T-junction. At the T-junction, turn left onto the main road. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see signs directing you toward Thandwe. Keep walking straight and you will eventually arrive at the entrance of Ngapali Dam, located at C85P+C5R in Thandwe.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Ngapali. Start your ride heading towards the main road that leads out of the beach area. Once you reach the main road, turn left and continue biking for about 3 kilometers. You will pass some local shops and fruit stalls along the way. Look for signs indicating the direction to Thandwe. Follow the road straight until you reach the Ngapali Dam located at C85P+C5R.
