If you are starting from the Pyin Oo Lwin city center, head east on 26th Street towards the intersection with 84th Street. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto 83rd Street. Follow 83rd Street until you reach the junction with the main road (Mandalay-Lashio Road). Turn left onto the main road and continue walking for about 1 kilometer. You will see a sign for Mahar Aung Kan Htoo Pagoda on your right. Follow the path indicated by the sign leading up to the pagoda.

Rent a bicycle from a local shop in Pyin Oo Lwin. Depart from the city center and head east on 26th Street. Continue to the roundabout and take the second exit onto 83rd Street. Bike along 83rd Street until it intersects with the Mandalay-Lashio Road. Turn left and cycle for approximately 1 kilometer. Look out for the sign for Mahar Aung Kan Htoo Pagoda on your right and follow the path to the pagoda.
