If you are at the Pyin Oo Lwin Railway Station, head south on the main road (Mandalay-Pyin Oo Lwin Road) for about 1.5 kilometers. Continue straight until you reach a roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout onto a road that leads into the city center. As you walk, you will pass by several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for the YMBA Block 4 on your left side. The Thiha Bala Hotel is located directly in front of YMBA Block 4, at No.13. It should take you approximately 20-25 minutes to walk there.

From the city center, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Head north on the main road (Mandalay-Pyin Oo Lwin Road) for about 1 kilometer. At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards the city center. Continue cycling straight, and watch for the YMBA Block 4 on your left. The Thiha Bala Hotel is right across from it, at No.13. This route should take about 10-15 minutes depending on your cycling speed.
