If you are driving, start from the city of Kalaw, which is about 100 km away from the Goteik Viaduct. Head east on the Main Road (National Highway 43) for approximately 50 km until you reach the town of Pyin Oo Lwin. From Pyin Oo Lwin, continue on the same road for another 30 km heading towards the town of Hsipaw. Once you reach Hsipaw, follow the signs to the Goteik Viaduct, which is about 20 km from Hsipaw. Parking is available near the viaduct.

To reach Goteik Viaduct via bus, take a bus from Kalaw to Hsipaw. Buses leave regularly from the Kalaw bus station. The journey takes about 3-4 hours and costs around 8,000 - 15,000 MMK depending on the bus service. Upon arriving in Hsipaw, you can either hire a motorbike taxi or arrange a local taxi to take you the remaining 20 km to the Goteik Viaduct. The motorbike taxi fare should be around 1,000 - 3,000 MMK.
