From the center of Sittwe, head towards the main road called Strand Road. Walk west along Strand Road until you reach the junction with Bagan Road. Turn left onto Bagan Road and continue walking straight for about 1 kilometer. You will pass by local shops and the Sittwe Central Market on your left. Keep an eye out for local signage to help guide you. Continue until you see a sign for the Buddhist Museum. The museum will be on your right, near the intersection with the road leading to the waterfront.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from the Sittwe Central Market. Head west along Strand Road. After about 1 kilometer, turn left onto Bagan Road. Cycle straight along Bagan Road, keeping an eye out for the Buddhist Museum sign on your right. It should be just past the intersection with the waterfront road.
