Continue for about 20 km until you reach the entrance of the waterfall. There may be a small entrance fee to access the area, so keep some cash ready. The total journey should take around 2 to 3 hours, depending on traffic.

From Dawei, take a shared taxi or bus heading towards Myeik. Inform the driver to drop you off at the turn-off for Pa La-U Waterfall, which is approximately 90 km from Dawei. This part of the journey will take about 2 hours. Once you arrive at the turn-off, you may need to hire a motorbike taxi or walk the remaining 20 km to the waterfall entrance. Ensure you have enough cash for the entrance fee once you reach the waterfall.

For the more adventurous, renting a motorbike in Dawei is a great option. Follow the same route as if you were in a car, heading north on the Dawei-Myeik Road. After about 90 km, take the left turn towards Pa La-U Waterfall and continue for around 20 km. Riding a motorbike offers the flexibility to explore the scenic routes, but be cautious of the road conditions. Entrance fees will also apply upon arrival.
