If you are in Downtown Yangon, one of the easiest ways to reach U Thant House is to walk. Start your journey at Sule Pagoda, a central landmark in Downtown Yangon. From Sule Pagoda, head southwest on Maha Bandoola Road towards the intersection with Inya Road. Continue on Inya Road for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach Panwa Lane. Turn left onto Panwa Lane and you will find U Thant House at No.31, Panwa Lane on your right. The walk should take around 20-25 minutes, depending on your pace.
