If you are traveling by car within the Caprivi Strip, start by heading south on the B8 road from either Katima Mulilo or Divundu. Continue on the B8 for approximately 80 kilometers until you reach the junction with the C49 road. Turn east onto the C49 and drive for about 25 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Camp Kwando, which is located just off the C49. Look for the entrance, which may be marked. Ensure your vehicle is in good condition as some sections of the roads may be unpaved.

For those using public transportation, catch a bus or shuttle service from Katima Mulilo to Divundu. These services run regularly and should cost between N$ 50 to N$ 100, depending on your point of departure. Once in Divundu, you can hire a taxi or arrange for a local shuttle to take you to Camp Kwando. The taxi fare from Divundu to Camp Kwando should be around N$ 200 to N$ 300. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
