Walking
From central Keetmanshoop, start by heading south on Main Street. Continue straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection near the Keetmanshoop Railway Station. Turn left onto the B1 road, which is also known as the Trans-Kalahari Highway. Walk along the B1 for approximately 2 kilometers. As you approach the outskirts of town, keep an eye out for the signs directing you to Quivertree Forest Rest Camp. The entrance will be on your right, marked by a sign that indicates 'Quivertree Forest Rest Camp'.
Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from a local rental shop in Keetmanshoop. Start your journey by heading south on Main Street for about 1.5 kilometers. At the Keetmanshoop Railway Station, turn left onto the B1 road. Continue cycling along the B1, which is flat and well-paved, for approximately 2 kilometers. Look for directional signage towards Quivertree Forest Rest Camp. When you see the entrance on your right, you’ve reached your destination.
Taxi
To reach Quivertree Forest Rest Camp by taxi, find a local taxi service in Keetmanshoop. Provide the driver with the destination: 'Quivertree Forest Rest Camp, G69Q+C2P, Keetmanshoop'. The drive should take approximately 10-15 minutes, covering a distance of about 4 kilometers. The taxi will take you along the B1 road, and you will see the entrance to the camp on your right side.
