Start your journey at the Lüderitz Waterfront. From the waterfront, head south along the coastal path which runs parallel to the Atlantic Ocean. You'll enjoy stunning ocean views as you walk. Continue walking until you reach the end of the path, where you will see the entrance to the Shark Island area. Follow the signs towards Shark Island. Once you reach the island, you can walk along the paths to reach the Shark Island Lighthouse, which is situated at the southern tip of the island.

From the Lüderitz Waterfront, you can hire a local boat service that offers trips to Shark Island. Look for the boat operators that are stationed near the pier. They typically have scheduled trips to the island. Once on the boat, enjoy the scenic ride across the bay to Shark Island. Upon arrival, disembark and follow the path towards the Shark Island Lighthouse, located at the southern end of the island.
