From the Ongwediva Town Centre, start at the Ongwediva Shopping Centre. Head northeast on Rundu Street towards the main traffic circle. Continue straight, passing the Ongwediva Town Council offices on your left. As you reach the traffic circle, take the first exit onto the B1 road heading north. Walk along the B1 for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Ekango lyaShinyadhila. Turn left at the intersection and continue walking for about 300 meters. You will see Ekango lyaShinyadhila on your right side at coordinates 5Q82+52.

From any location in Ongwediva, make your way to the nearest taxi rank (often found near the Ongwediva Shopping Centre). Board a taxi heading towards Oshakati and inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop nearest to Ekango lyaShinyadhila. The taxi will drop you off close to the B1 road. From there, walk approximately 300 meters down the road to your right until you reach the historical landmark at coordinates 5Q82+52.
