From Oshana, head southeast on the B1 highway towards Halali. Continue for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for the sign indicating the turnoff to Halali. Turn left onto the C38 road. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers until you reach the junction at Halali. Take a right and follow the signs for Nuamses Waterhole. The waterhole is located roughly 3 kilometers from this junction, and you will see signs pointing you in the right direction. Ensure your vehicle is suitable for gravel roads, as the final stretch may be unpaved.
Public Transportation
Take a bus or shared taxi from Oshana to Halali. Buses typically leave from the central bus station in Oshana. The fare is approximately 50 Namibian dollars. Upon arriving in Halali, you can either walk or hire a local taxi to take you the remaining distance to Nuamses Waterhole, which is about 8 kilometers away.
