Car
If you have a rental car, start from Katima Mulilo, the main town in the Zambezi Region. Head west on the B8 road towards the town of Ngoma. Continue for about 70 kilometers until you reach the junction with the C49 road. Turn left onto the C49 and follow the signs for the Petrified Forest. The journey will take approximately 1.5 hours, and you will enjoy scenic views along the way. Be sure to keep an eye out for wildlife crossing the road.
