    To reach the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium using public transportation, start by locating the nearest bus stop. If you are near downtown Columbus, head to the COTA (Central Ohio Transit Authority) hub. From there, take bus number 10 towards the 'West Broad St' stop. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'State Fairgrounds' stop. Once you get off, transfer to bus number 4 towards 'Cleveland Ave' and ride it for another 20 minutes until you reach the 'Powell Rd & Seldom Seen Rd' stop. From there, it's a short 10-minute walk west on Powell Rd to reach the zoo entrance at 4850 W Powell Rd. Make sure to check the bus schedule for any changes, especially on weekends.

    If you prefer biking, Columbus has a bike rental service available. Start your journey at one of the bike share stations in downtown Columbus. Head north on High St until you reach W Lane Ave. Turn left and continue on Lane Ave until you reach the Olentangy River Trail. Follow the trail north, which will take you towards Powell. After about 5 miles, exit the trail at the intersection of W Powell Rd and continue west for about a mile to reach the zoo. Make sure to wear a helmet and follow all traffic rules.
