From there, take bus number 10 towards the 'West Broad St' stop. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'State Fairgrounds' stop. Once you get off, transfer to bus number 4 towards 'Cleveland Ave' and ride it for another 20 minutes until you reach the 'Powell Rd & Seldom Seen Rd' stop.
