From Gosaikunda, take the main road heading south towards Dhunche. The drive will take approximately 2-3 hours depending on road conditions. Follow the signs towards Dandagaun. Once you reach Dandagaun, look for the Unnamed Road. Mailung Waterfall is located along this road. You may need to ask locals for the exact path to the waterfall as it can be slightly off the main road.

Public Transportation

Start by taking a local bus from Gosaikunda to Dhunche. Buses typically leave every hour and the journey takes about 1.5 to 2 hours. Once in Dhunche, transfer to a bus or a jeep heading towards Dandagaun. This leg of the journey may take another 30-60 minutes. Disembark at Dandagaun and look for the Unnamed Road. Ask locals for guidance to Mailung Waterfall, as the path may not be clearly marked.

Hiking
