If you're traveling by car, start from Sauraha, which is a popular entry point to Chitwan National Park. Head northwest on the main road towards Bharatpur. After approximately 15 km, turn left onto the road that leads to the View Tower. Follow the signs for View Tower. The journey should take around 30 minutes. There may be parking available near the tower, but check local signage for any parking fees.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, take a local bus or a shared jeep from Sauraha to Bharatpur. The fare is usually around NPR 100-200. Once you reach Bharatpur, you will need to take a taxi or a rickshaw to reach View Tower, which is roughly 5 km away. Expect to pay around NPR 300-500 for the taxi or rickshaw. Make sure to tell the driver your destination clearly.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and prefer walking, you can hike from Sauraha to View Tower. The distance is about 10 km and will take approximately 2-3 hours. Follow the main trail leading out of Sauraha, heading towards the river.
